We will gather, analyze and interpret data collected during Discovery to determine the gap between the organization’s existing state of readiness and that of best-in-class Cloud and Managed Services Providers sharing the Client’s predominant or desired IT Services Business Model.

We will develop and deliver to you a high-level strategic recommendations document for operational improvement in each of the 4 business units analyzed.

We will tailor strategic and tactical best practices processes and methodologies and tools and resources and vendor relationships to develop a strategic plan for your Cloud and Managed IT Services Practice creation or improvement, realized via an actionable task list of activities; including training, and timelines for execution as appropriate in our online IT Business Transformation Project Management Platform.

  1. We will assign roles, responsibilities and action items to your organization and its staff to execute these activities.
